We want you to be totally obsessed with your Morphe haul, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our site. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and include all components to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return, download your prepaid shipping label, and securely pack your products.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
